HHC is federally legal because it’s hemp-derived. Products made from hemp are federally legal and protected by regulations established by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as long as they contain no more than 0.3% Delta 9 THC. HHC is structurally different from THC, so HHC products naturally contain no more than 0.3% Delta 9, keeping HHC legal under federal law.

What Are The Effects Of HHC?

HHC and THC act similarly to each other even though they are structurally different from one another at the molecular level. For example, HHC is commonly reported to have effects in between those experienced when using Delta 8 and Delta 9.
